Customer Support Specialist

We’re looking for an awesome, dedicated Customer Support Specialist for our Support team! The position is  part-time for now (roughly about 25-30 hours depending on business and coverage) but there is a definite possibility to move into a full-time position in the future.

We are Hush, Inc, a growing start-up based in DTLA. We sell makeup on demand to thousands of customers and we are moving fast! This is definitely the right role for someone who is looking to join a fast-paced startup with ground floor opportunity as an early team member.

 

What you’ll do

  • Support a high volume of customers’ inquiries and requests through email and Facebook Messenger, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Resolve support issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure we are delivering the best service and experience for our customers.
  • Handle larger customer issues and escalate them to our Fulfillment team.
  • Small Operational projects.
  • Be a great team player!

 

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Support or customer-facing role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
  • Ability to work weekend shifts.
  • Desire to innovate and improve your environment.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • STRONG attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Passion for resolving issues and a strong belief in good, genuine customer service.
  • Zendesk Experience or any SaaS tools is a plus!
  • eCommerce Customer Support experience is a plus!
  • College Degree preferred.
